Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Material Handler in Frankfort, Indiana to support warehouse operations. The role includes forklift operation, packing, shipping, and cycle counting with a focus on accuracy and safety.

You will work a scheduled shift with weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. A valid forklift license and at least one year of related warehouse experience are preferred, along with strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capacity to work in a diverse environment and relate to colleagues at all levels.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Follow contract performance measurement guidelines and maintain accuracy in picking/packing and paperwork.
• Provide support for the automated packing system during production hours.
• Operate safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety methods.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
