Job summary

Ryder in Frankfort, Indiana is hiring a Case Picker Associate to join a safety‑driven warehouse team. The role offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the supply chain.

You will pick products, palletize, operate equipment, support cycle counting, and help maintain inventory accuracy. A high school diploma and basic math skills, along with teamwork and good communication, are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adequate math skills.
• Able to recognize location codes and product codes.
• Follow GMP standards and safety rules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
