Job summary

Staples is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Lithia Springs, GA. You may work in one of six areas including Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway, Returns, and Shipping.

You will operate equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers to move products up to 100 lbs, following safety procedures. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and flexible hours with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ months warehouse experience or equivalent training/education.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to work extra hours beyond scheduled shifts if needed.
• Ability to lift/move 70–100 lbs by hand.
• Must wear safety shoes.
• Able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, turrets, etc.) to move products within the warehouse.
• Assist in general cleaning and maintenance as required.
• Receive, putaway, and restock inventory across six focus areas.
• Ensure accuracy of product and coordinate with teammates to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare orders for shipping, including staging and packing as needed.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
