Job summary

Staples is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Lithia Springs, GA. You may rotate among six areas (bulk handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, and shipping) with a 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday shift.

You will operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, and electric pallet jacks, handling products up to 100 lbs while following safety procedures. Overtime and height-work requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• If Full-Time, ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime may be required.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 70–100 lbs by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move products up to 100 lbs within the warehouse.
• Perform general cleaning and routine maintenance duties.
• Assist with receiving, putaway, returns, and shipping tasks.
• Verify product accuracy and resolve discrepancies with teammates.
• Return processing and palletizing tasks as needed.
• Support safe work practices and a strong safety culture.
