Job summary

Owens & Minor is hiring for a Distribution Team - Equipment Operator. You will perform warehouse tasks with manual pallet handling, RF scanning, and voice-pick operations. Shifts are Monday through Friday from 2pm to 6pm, with an $18.50 hourly base and an 8% shift differential.

Responsibilities include unloading, counting, selecting items for orders, and preparing pallets for dispatch. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn WMS technology in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of basic topics (math, reading, basic accounting, typing).
• Prior experience in warehouse/distribution is a plus.
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Unloads pallets and cases manually using pallet jack; counts and receives product.
• Selects products via Voice Pick/RF scanner and places in totes.
• Prepares sortation area and moves cartons to pallets or carts for handling.
• Ensures correct loading of totes/pallets onto trucks for delivery.
