Job summary

Owens & Minor is hiring for a warehouse associate at our distribution center. The role focuses on receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping of products using RF/Voice Pick technology and motorized equipment. You will maintain accuracy, safety, and efficiency in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete warehouse floors for long periods of time.
• Willingness to learn how to use new material handling equipment and WMS technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF/Voice Pick and other pickup technologies.
• Unload, receive, and process inbound shipments and replenish bins.
• Pick, pack, and load outbound products to pallets for shipping.
• Move products within the warehouse using stand-up reach trucks or similar equipment.
• Prepare pallets for shipping and ensure safe, accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
