Job summary

HD Supply in Tampa, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a full-time, non-exempt role. Shift is Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm with overtime as needed and no weekends. Wage starts at $16.50 per hour.

You will work across multiple distribution center departments, operate material handling equipment, and support shipping, receiving, and order processing. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, pass a drug test, and train to operate equipment like cherry pickers, forklifts, clamps, and

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Specialized skills training/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Uses material handling equipment to locate and deliver products to designated areas.
• Assists with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery.
• Verifies quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and DCs.
• Uses packing list information to collect items for customer orders and builds pallets.
• Examines stock items for wear/defects and notifies management of inventory issues.
