Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a warehouse associate to support multiple distribution-center departments including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. You will operate material handling equipment and help stage orders for customer deliveries, while ensuring accuracy and safety in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in warehousing, be able to lift 50 pounds, pass a drug test, and be willing to train on stand-up forklifts and EPJ equipment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2–5 years of experience in the distribution/warehouse field.
• Able to pass a drug test as part of the application process.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand/move for extended periods.
• Willingness to train to operate stand-up forklift, EPJ, or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Move inventory using material handling equipment to designated areas.
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for delivery.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and DCs.
• Pack and wrap pallets for customer orders based on packing lists.
• Inspect stock items for wear/defects and report issues to management.
• Return misplaced products to proper storage and maintain inventory organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per safety policies.
• Support inventory control activities as needed.
