Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is hiring a General Warehouse Associate for a Wednesday–Saturday night shift in Perryville, MO. You will be responsible for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storage with a customer-focused approach.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and standing/walking for long periods. Forklift experience is preferred. Benefits and a comprehensive payroll package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30 kgs ergonomically.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing of goods with customer focus.
• Unload and handle inbound/outbound goods; secure merchandise for safe movement in DC.
• Contribute to warehouse operations goals; analyze workload to meet seasonal needs.
• Document damages found on inbound/outbound merchandise.
• Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned.
