Equiliem seeks a Warehouse Associate I in Woodridge, IL. The role handles picking, packing, and shipping scheduled products, verifying orders, loading/unloading trucks, stock processing, and inventory control in a warehouse setting.

Shift is 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM with overtime possibilities. The job requires light lifting, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in various capacities/functions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must live within 35 miles of Woodridge, IL.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with handheld/RF scanners preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, material handling equipment, or powered industrial trucks preferred.
• Related warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship products.
• Verify product numbers and quantities for order accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Receive and process stock and materials.
• Stock the warehouse and rotate/replenish inventory.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Identify missing, lost, or damaged materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
