Job summary

Parts Authority is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Windsor Locks, CT to support receiving, labeling, and stocking shipments and fulfill customer orders accurately. You will help maintain inventory records and operate warehouse tools as needed.

This is a full-time position with a consistent evening shift and strong growth potential. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years warehouse experience, attention to detail, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal directions accurately.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards per department.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10–50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach; periodically sit and climb.
• May work in varying environmental conditions and tight spaces; ensure safety.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and with others.
• Open availability to work various shifts and overtime.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and adherence to safety regs.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear inventory records and processing orders.
• Prepare and pick orders for shipment; scan items into WMS.
• Inspect stock for damages and organize warehouse space.
• Operate stock management tools such as powered equipment and pallet jacks.
