Parts Authority in Addison, IL is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to receive, label, store, and ship stock. You will maintain inventory accuracy, operate the warehouse system, and help ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work various shifts. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach.
• May work varied shifts and overtime when needed.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock.
• Maintain clear inventory records and stock levels.
• Scan items into the warehouse management system.
• Inspect stock for damages and document issues.
• Prepare orders for shipment and pick items for dispatch.
• Operate stock tools and equipment as required.
• Record arrival/departure times and manage space efficiently.
• Uphold safety regulations and cleanliness in work areas.
