Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our distribution center team. You will receive, organize, pack, and ship building materials with scanners and a WMS to keep inventory accurate and shipments on time.

This full-time role requires lifting up to 49 pounds, standing for extended periods, and operating PIT equipment with training provided. A High School diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to understand safety guidelines.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong math, reading of part numbers, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound materials, unload trucks, inspect items, and label boxes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and proper material transfers.
• Assist with shipping by picking, staging, and loading pallets for delivery.
• Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) and use handheld scanners and WMS for task processing.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
