Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to verify part numbers, locations and quantities, count parts, fill orders, and perform basic quality checks for damage and defects on incoming and outgoing items.

You will operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks, manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping, and maintain accurate inventory records while meeting daily targets in a safety‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and conduct business in English.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with basic warehousing and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including sit-down forklifts and reach trucks.
• Handle warehousing tasks: unloading, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Read process flows and follow instructions for material movement.
• Track and record hourly or daily activities per shift.
• Label materials and ensure accurate identification.
