CNH Industrial Group is seeking a dependable Warehouse Center Associate for the 2nd shift in Lebanon, Indiana. The role involves receiving parts, picking, packing, and shipping, using barcode scanners, and operating forklifts and reach trucks in a fully on-site facility.

The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and ability to work overtime. The starting hourly rate is $24.29 with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for cross-training across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Be able to speak, read and understand basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge; knowledge of Click System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts from suppliers and prepare for shipment.
• Pack, pick, and accurately process parts in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Operate barcode scanners and powered industrial equipment (forklifts, reach trucks).
• Ensure accuracy of received materials and replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and assist with cross-training as required.
