Job summary

Target is hiring for Warehouse Associate and Warehouse Worker roles at our Texas facilities. Positions run multiple shifts, with pay from $19.75 to $23.50 per hour for Associates and $21.25 to $25.32 per hour for Workers, plus shift differentials up to $3.50/hour where eligible.

Roles involve lifting 35–50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally, packing, loading, shipping, and maintaining safety and accuracy in merchandise processing.

Qualifications

• Able to follow safety policies and attend trainings.
• Able to read labels, tickets, and product docs.
• Able to operate computers/handheld devices after training.
• Must understand/speak/read English to follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to keep a safe warehouse.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to stores/guests.
• Move inventory quickly and safely through warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean work area and report to work on time.
• Support continuous improvement through problem solving.
