Job summary

Target in Hawaii is seeking Seasonal Warehouse Workers to support our Distribution Center operations. Roles run multiple shifts with base pay from $24.90–$27.90 per hour plus a shift differential of $2.00–$3.50 per hour based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to push carts up to 60 lbs. and move items with carts/hand trucks.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Operate computer systems or handheld devices after training.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Understand, speak, and read English sufficiently to follow policies and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Work safely, quickly and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete job tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team.
