Job summary

Kemps is hiring a Caseroom Associate in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, for the 2pm–10pm shift. You will unload, count, and move cases, keep bottling lines supplied, and operate the case washer with proper sanitization. The role requires flexibility for overtime and weekend work in a cold, wet environment.

Qualifications

• Able to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings (drug, background, criminal).
• Stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and move cases up to 6–8 high.
• Work in a wet environment at 35–40°F; occasional cleaning chemicals exposure.
• Willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload cases, pallets, returned product and remove unwanted items from trailers.
• Keep accurate counts of cases and pallets on returning trailers.
• Supply bottling machines with clean, sanitized cases.
• Operate the case washer and related sanitizing equipment safely.
• Perform daily cleanup on the case washer and sanitizing equipment.
