Job summary

Study Smart Tutors is seeking tutors for Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Calculus and Statistics, teaching college-level students in a virtual setting. Hours are Monday to Thursday evenings from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM EST.

You will adapt to new materials and collaborate with the Education team to deliver comprehensive learning strategies. Applicants should have a completed 4-year degree and teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired; a background check may be required depending on

Qualifications

Must hold a completed 4-year degree.
Teaching or tutoring experience strongly desired.
Virtual opportunity.
Scheduled hours: Monday to Thursday from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM EST.
Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.

Responsibilities

Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students.
Tutors will have access to information about class assignments.
Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies.
Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff.
Partner with Study Smart Tutor's Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students.
