Job summary

National Car Rental at Reagan National Airport (DCA) in Arlington, VA is seeking a Lot Attendant to move and position vehicles between locations, ensuring cars are ready for customers according to our standards.

The role is a non-CDL, local driving position with pay starting at $17 per hour. We offer a benefits package including Paid Time Off, employee discounts, a 401(k) plan, and training and development opportunities. Schedule includes weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Background check required, with limited driving violations.
• At least six (6) months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Under 25 minute commute (in rush hour) from the location posted.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location.
• Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers.
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management.
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s).
• May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
