Job summary

The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay is seeking a focused Materials Management Assistant to stock, equip, and clean TransCare vehicles and oversee asset management and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Materials Management Coordinator and Fleet Manager, ensuring timely vehicle deployment, and maintaining supply par levels while complying with all applicable laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Driver's License with clean history.
• Previous inventory and/or warehouse experience preferred. (EMS industry experience preferred.)

Responsibilities

• Stock and equip TransCare vehicles and manage asset tracking and inventory control.
• Back-office duties related to inventory and assets.
• Prepare and equip vehicles for timely deployment; maintain vehicle check sheets with par levels.
• Perform quality control checks monthly on vehicles and supplies; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Report issues or discrepancies to the Materials Management Coordinator and Fleet Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow HIPAA/OSHA regulations.
