Job summary

GARDA Cash Logistics in Pittsburgh seeks a Cash Vault Lead Teller to balance and reconcile accounts daily, investigate discrepancies, and support audits for the vault operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalency, strong math and MS Office skills, and 3+ years in analytical roles supporting management. This is a full-time position with an evening shift and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency Degree required; BA/BS preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, reading comprehension and mathematics skills required.
• Experience in fast-paced, repetitive secure production environment required.
• 3+ years in analytical functions supporting senior management.
• Excellent MS Office skills required; MS Vision and MS Project highly recommended.
• 10 key speed and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Provide productivity reporting for management showing adherence to quality and performance targets.
• Provide research and adjustments support ensuring timely, proper information fulfillment.
• Oversee data/materials retention and destruction of disposed materials.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing support for monitoring staff hours and schedules.
• Provide administrative support including equipment inventory and building safety activities.
• Ensure EOD and performance reporting on vault status and discrepancies.
• Provide training for new tellers and staff, including access control.
• Maintain security access capabilities for new employees.
• Maintain daily balancing status and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to all company policies and state/federal regulations.
