GardaWorld Cash Logistics in Houston, TX is seeking a Cash Vault Services Analyst to balance and reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and support CVS and Transportation Operations. The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in analytical functions, and proficiency with MS Vision/MS Project.

Shift starts at 9am; pay is $18.20/hr with full-time benefits. Responsibilities include audits, data retention supervision, and timely customer information responses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency Degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred for advancement.
• MS Vision and MS Project skills are highly recommended.
• Excellent attention to detail and fast data processing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Productivity Reporting for management indicating adherence to quality and performance targets by employee and function.
• Provide Research and Adjustments Support ensuring customer information requests are fulfilled timely.
• Provide Data and Materials Retention Supervision including oversight of locally retained materials and insured disposal.
• Provide Scheduling and staffing support to ensure accurate monitoring of staff hours and schedules.
