Job summary

Courtyard Bloomington by Mall of America is seeking a part-time Van Driver for evenings to safely transport guests and assist with luggage while delivering high-quality service. You will greet guests, provide information, and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM at Courtyard Bloomington, MN.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel and/or related guest service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, customer focused, and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment.
• Current and valid driver's license with safe driving record required.
• Minimum age 18 for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to/from their destinations and provide information/luggage assistance.
• Anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Complete safety logs and ensure gas is available for the vehicle.
• Follow hotel procedures and guest service standards.
