Job summary

Schlossmann Auto Group in Milwaukee seeks a part-time Service Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on multiple vehicle brands. You will work early mornings (4:00am–7:00am) or evenings (5:00pm–8:00pm) on weekdays, with mentoring, paid training, and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities include test-driving vehicles, diagnosing components, communicating with the Sales Department, and completing repairs per specifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• Broad knowledge of vehicle technologies.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on multiple brands of vehicles with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with Sales Department about additional services needed.
• Provide time estimates for repairs and execute repairs under manufacturer specifications.
• Open or close the building as needed.
