Four Seasons Hotels Ltd is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping/Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms at our United States property. You will perform evening turndown, clean and restock rooms, and ensure a comfortable, welcoming environment in line with Four Seasons standards.

Candidates should be flexible, physically able to lift up to 40 lbs, and possess basic English. Prior customer service experience and a professional appearance are highly valued for delivering exceptional guest

Competenze

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic level of English is required.
• High attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs.
• Ability to kneel, crouch and reach.
• Walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Mansioni

• Provide evening turndown service to create a comfortable and welcoming sleep environment for guests.
• Refresh occupied guest rooms and maintain hotel cleanliness standards.
• Prepare beds for nighttime use by turning down linens and arranging pillows.
• Close drapes, adjust lighting, and set room ambiance according to hotel standards.
• Remove room service trays and transport them to service areas.
• Restock guest amenities and in-room supplies as needed.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and inventory of supplies.
• Fold and organize guest clothing while respecting privacy and hotel policies.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns as needed.
• Assist with room attendant duties and other cleaning assignments as directed by management.
