Abraxas Youth and Family Services – Woodridge Interventions in Woodridge, IL is seeking a Treatment Supervisor for evening shifts. You will organize daily clinical activities, supervise staff, coordinate with the clinical leadership, and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will provide direct services during shortages, help maintain safety, and support staff with training and development in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or sociology.
• Three years’ experience working with substance abuse.
• Supervisory experience and two years in social service management.
• CADC, LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW certification required.

• Maintains employee schedules that provide adequate coverage to ensure safety for both clients and employees.
• Coordinate with Clinical Supervisor/Director to maintain programmatic goals and objectives.
• Provide some direct services during staff shortages.
• Provide on-the-job orientation and training for new staff as needed.
• Identify ongoing staff training needs and provide training as needed.
• Monitor patient charts for QA and documentation of progress in treatment.
• Facilitate didactic and therapeutic groups and document attendance.
• Oversee case management, referrals, and referent contact services.

What You’ll Do

As a Treatment Supervisor, you will help organize and oversee the daily clinical activities in areas as assigned; assist in supervising staff; communicating with staff, patients and family; and ensuring that the facility offers the highest level of patient care.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains employee schedules that provide adequate coverage to ensure safety for both clients and employees. Contact for referral sources & maintains positive relationships, resolves problems and projects a positive image of the agency at all times. Develops and implements systems to organize and monitor work activities.
• In conjunction with Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Director, or Executive Director maintain and/or enhance programmatic goals and objectives.
• Required to provide some direct services during periods of department staff shortages.
• Structures, implements and facilitates new employee on-the-job orientation as needed.
• Identify on-going staff training needs and provide training as needed.
• Monitor counselor maintenance of patient charts for adherence to quality assurance standards and clarity of documentation of patient’s progress in treatment.
• Facilitate didactic and therapeutic groups and document for each patient in attendance.
• Oversee case management, referral and referent contact services provided by counselors.
• Provide direct clinical treatment to assigned patients in a manner which meets quality assurance standards and is clear in its documentation of patient’s progress in treatment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in social work, psychology, counseling, sociology.
• Three (3) years’ experience working with Substance abuse.
• Supervisory experience.
• Two (2) years of social service management experience.
• CADC, LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW required.

• Physical ability to safely and effectively manage aggressive behavior.
• Assertiveness, confidence and leadership abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• At least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Physical exam that includes TB and drug testing.
• Must pass both federal and state background checks which screen for crimes including, but not limited to drug related crimes, violent crimes, sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, and repeated misdemeanors.
• Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks, including but not limited to employment and/or personal reference and driving records.
• Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
