Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare, wash, peel, cut, and weigh vegetables and fruits and ingredients as directed.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays between work areas while maintaining safety standards.
• Store foods properly, rotate stock, and follow wrapping and dating procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils; assist with service to customers.
