Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring part-time, night trash collectors (Trash Valet) to earn $20–$40 per night with a short evening schedule. Positions run Sunday–Thursday evenings, starting at 7pm, with shifts typically 1–2 hours per night.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, reliable transportation via an open-bed pickup truck, a smartphone, and the ability to lift up to 30lbs and stay active for 1–2 hours. PPE and safety gear are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance listing you as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation required with open-bed pickup truck.
• Smartphone for app use and communication.
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs and to walk stairs, stay active 1–2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment community to collect tied trash bags from doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE provided.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
