Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring part-time Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) to work 7pm–start time on a Sunday-Thursday evening schedule. Each shift lasts 1–2 hours, averaging 5–10 hours per week, with pay of $40–$45 per night.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance, reliable transport with an open-bed pickup truck, and a smartphone to use the company app. You will collect bags doorstep-to-dumpster and work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance with you listed as covered driver.
• Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck required.
• Smartphone required to use company app.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active for 1–2 hours per shift.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
