Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) to work the evening schedule and earn $175–$200 weekly. You will collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to the community dumpster, then upload photos in our app.

Shifts run Sunday through Thursday evenings, start at 7pm, and typically last 1–2 hours per night (about 5–10 hours weekly). This role is outdoors, with PPE provided and safety guidelines followed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation with open bed pickup truck.
• Smartphone required to upload photos and use the company app.
• Must be able to carry up to 30 lbs and be active for 1–2 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment community to collect tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines with PPE provided.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
