Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet). Earn $225 / Weekly working a short evening schedule (5 nights per week).

As a Trash Valet, each evening you will collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the community dumpster, helping keep communities clean and running smoothly. Start times and shifts are 7pm, Sunday-Thursday, with 1–2 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.
• Open-bed pickup truck required to perform duties.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone needed for communication.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Willingness to work outdoors in evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment communities collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
