Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring part-time, night trash collectors (Trash Valet) to earn $30-$40 per night with a short evening schedule. You will collect bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to the community dumpster, then upload photos in the app and follow PPE safety guidelines.

Shifts run Sunday-Thursday starting at 7pm, typically 1–2 hours per night. This role suits someone who enjoys staying active and earning extra income with a part-time evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation – Open Bed Pickup Truck Required.
• Smartphone
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs and walk stairs/active for 1–2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
