Job summary

GreenWay Waste & Recycling is hiring part-time evening trash collectors to service communities in the Golden, CO 80401 area. This role offers guaranteed hours and a consistent 1–4 hour shift per night with a per-service-night pay structure.

Ideal candidates have reliable transportation (truck/trailer/van), a valid license and insurance, and a smartphone for work communications. Training is paid, and openings are immediate.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must have a truck, trailer, or utility van.
• Valid license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
