The role emphasizes improving processes and ensuring effective operation of the THOMAS JEFFERSON UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL network.

The position covers a 3:00pm-11:30pm schedule on weekends bi-weekly, with 24/7 oversight and collaboration with hospital leadership to achieve patient satisfaction and cost-control goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day department services and staff performance under Department Directors and Operations Managers.
• Plan, organize, and evaluate department activities 24/7 and report on strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Hospital Managers to ensure optimal throughput.
• Identify opportunities to improve department processes and support corrective actions.
• Work with hospital leadership to meet productivity, quality, patient satisfaction, and cost-reduction goals.
