The role covers 3:00pm–11:30pm shifts with bi-weekly weekend work at the Philadelphia campus. You will plan and evaluate department activities around the clock, collaborate with hospital leadership to boost throughput, service quality, and patient satisfaction, and contribute to cost reduction while developing staff in line

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Support Department Directors and Operations Managers in day-to-day services oversight and manage staff performance.
• Implement established departmental programs and procedures that guide services within Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
• Plan, organize, and evaluate department activities 24/7 and provide feedback on strategic goals to improve operations.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure productivity, quality of service, and patient satisfaction; identify opportunities to reduce costs.
