Responsibilities

• Operate computer-based traffic management systems to manage traffic and incidents.
• Monitor roadways via surveillance cameras and detection systems.
• Enter incident information into computer systems using traffic software.
• Coordinate with partners to allocate resources for incidents.
• Dispatch Service Patrols and assist with related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
