Qualifications

• Direct Support/Direct Care experience or training.
• Basic arithmetic and English language skills as required.
• Official transcripts are required for all post-secondary education and coursework listed on the application.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supportive care and assist with therapeutic interventions as needed.
• Complete charting, documentation, patient records, and required reports accurately and timely.
• Organize and facilitate therapeutic and recreational patient group activities.
• Safely transport patients to scheduled off-site appointments and activities.
• Participate in appropriate patient interventions to support safety, recovery, and well-being.
