• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in one-on-one sessions to provide mentorship and training.
• Collaborate with families and treatment teams to create and implement individualized plans.
• Facilitate activities that promote life skills, socialization, and independence.
• Assist clients in participating in community activities and expand social networks.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in a human services field

High School Diploma or GED
