Job summary

Swig is seeking team-oriented staff to create happy moments in every cup at our Norman location. You’ll greet guests, prepare drinks and food, stock and keep areas clean, and assist with to-go orders. A positive attitude, strong communication, and reliability are essential for success in a fast-paced cafe setting.

We value growth, teamwork, and flexibility. Must be 16+ with a food handler permit; transportation reliable to arrive on time for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to stay efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain rotation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and specials to enhance guest experience.
• Follow all company policies and uphold Swig’s values.
• Perform other duties as needed.
