Job summary

Ahmad Tea USA is seeking friendly Brand Ambassadors in New York to represent our family-owned British tea brand at tastings and events. You’ll engage guests, brew tea, showcase flavors, and share how to purchase. You’ll set up displays, keep stations stocked, and collect guest feedback after each shift.

You’ll build enthusiasm for tea and help grow our local presence. Evenings and some weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
• Hospitality or food service experience a plus.
• Able to handle hot water safely and follow basic food-safety practices.
• Available on evenings and some weekends.
• Love of tea is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Run tasting station at evening events, usually 3–4 hours per shift.
• Brew and serve hot tea, and prepare iced tea in batches.
• Talk with guests about our teas, flavors and where to buy them.
• Set up and break down the display, and keep the station clean and well stocked.
• Share quick feedback after each event (turnout, favorite teas, guest comments).
