The Springs Living, LLC in Lake Oswego, OR is hiring happy people with compassionate hearts to provide exceptional care for our residents.

As a Caregiver, you will support residents with daily routines, offer warmth and companionship, and collaborate with a team of caregivers and med techs. The swing shift runs 2:00pm to 10:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Training provided for newcomers to health services.

Responsabilités

• Support residents with daily routines per service plans.
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to residents.
• Collaborate on service plans by informing supervisor of needs and successful approaches.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly.
• Work with a team of caregivers and med techs.
