Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of work experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques.
• Ability to anticipate procedural needs and problem-solve during surgery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons during operations by handing instruments and supplies.
• Perform counts of instruments and sponges to prevent retention.
