Qualifications

• Demonstrated clinical expertise in area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care and staff assignments during the evening shift.
• Support the Director in managing daily operations and resource allocation.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing and surgical staff.
• Oversee patient safety, infection control, and hospital standards adherence.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and staff evaluations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for high-quality care.
