Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Logistics Administrative Specialist to coordinate department processes and provide visibility to management through tracking, auditing and reports. The role involves reconciling inventory and ensuring accurate data across systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Transportation Management experience preferred, with a focus on shipment coordination.
• Must be able to learn and regularly operate multiple transportation management and inventory systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments to ensure deadlines are met and coordinate with suppliers/carriers.
• Communicate critical information to internal teams and customers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities for the customer.
• Perform other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
