Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Indiana is seeking an Evening Supervisor (LPN, RN) to support the DON and ADON and oversee evening nursing functions to maintain high-quality care.

The role requires an active LPN or RN license and CPR certification, with 8-hour evening shifts Monday–Friday and on-call rotation. Compensation is determined by license and experience, with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay options. Located at RiverOaks Health Campus, 1244 Vail Street, Princeton, IN.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license required in Indiana.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Evening shift availability with 8-hour shifts and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON and ADON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department in accordance with rules and guidelines.
• Supervise and assist with all resident care per assessment and plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary per orders and plan of care.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation to ensure Medical Records are complete.
• Maintain first impressions and assist with campus tour readiness and survey preparedness.
• Ensure campus is tour-ready and manage tour resources as needed.

Position Overview

The Evening Supervisor (LPN, RN) is primarily responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing the evening functions of the Nursing Department(s) to ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the ADON & DON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Health Campus.
• Supervise, oversee, and assist with all resident care according to assessed resident status and established plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary per each resident’s assessment, physician orders and plan of care and assess residents for expected results of treatments and medications.
• Assist in the scanning and attaching of resident documentation in MatrixCare to ensure Medical Records are complete and accurate.
• Maintain first impressions to welcome potential customers to experience our services and participate in survey and mock‑survey campus preparedness.
• Ensure campus is tour ready including backup team resources, tour path, model room, first impressions, and tour stations; execute tours as necessary.
• Provide patient care as necessary.

Work Requirements

• Evening shift hours, start time at the discretion of the DON.
• 8‑hour shifts.
• Monday – Friday with on‑call rotation commitment.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN or RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on the relevant license or certification held, as well as the candidate’s years of experience.
