The supervisor will oversee daily cleaning of one or more buildings, train cleaning associates, ensure safety protocols, and coordinate with the Account Manager to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Under the direction of the account or area manager, supervise daily cleaning of one or more buildings and train cleaning associates.
• Monitor facility security and safety; ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Measure, label, and use chemicals following proper procedures and safety protocol.
• Empty trash.
• High and low dusting.
• Clean and service restrooms, breakrooms, conference and kitchen areas.
• Report maintenance issues to the Account Manager.
• Train assigned personnel on cleaning methods, procedures, and equipment.
• Provide work direction under manager guidance.
• Perform routine inspections of cleaning work.
• Serve as backup for absent staff.

Summary
