Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor-level team member in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on leading customer service excellence, ensuring accurate food/beverage preparation, and mentoring a high-energy store team.

The position offers a starting hourly rate with night differential and a path for growth. You’ll contribute to a hospitality-driven store environment, with a focus on teamwork, in-store merchandising, and safe, friendly service for every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old; VA requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task, bend, stand, reach and occasionally lift up to 20 lb; assist others to lift 40 lb.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a fast, safe and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform well.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
