Hannaford Supermarkets in Blue Hill, ME seeks an evening store operations leader to manage associates, ensure product quality and presentation, and uphold safety and food safety standards. You will model our culture and drive service levels during evening hours.

The role emphasizes fairness, team leadership, and operating knowledge of scheduling, inventory, and store systems. 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques.
• Effective interpersonal, customer service, communications, and organizational skills.
• Desire and ability to lead and support a team.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Ability and availability to work evening shifts.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect; recognize accomplishments.
• Understand and use company tools like MPP, financial reports, scheduling, and business information systems.
• Maintain effective work schedules to meet production and customer service standards.
• Address inventory shrink and related issues. Train and develop grocery associates.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and store information remains confidential.
• Help protect store funds and company assets; perform other duties as assigned.
