Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a merchandiser to stock Coca-Cola products in retail accounts. You will fill beverage sections, rotate stock for freshness, and manage backroom inventory with FIFO practices. The role requires driving to stores, working evenings and weekends, and maintaining professional customer relations.

You will also set up and adjust displays, report damaged products, and liaise with account managers to ensure optimal shelf presence across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor or related field.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance.
• Experience with pallet jacks and high loader lifts preferred; forklift certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers; transport products between backroom and sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays while following company standards.
• Manage backroom inventory levels in partnership with store account manager; utilize FIFO.
• Evaluate and process damaged product; re-packaging and weekly rotation of stock.
• Communicate with accounts and teams; share recap pictures and updates via Teams.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
